Planned Maintenance (Data Center Facilities Upgrade – 19th February 2022)
Please be informed that our datacenter provider will be carrying out some scheduled maintenance on the power supply system at the datacentre. As such the operations of our servers will be affected. If you are using our email, website, and cloud backup hosting services, there will be a service interruption schedule below:
Planned Event Date/Time:
Date: 19th February 2022 (Saturday) to 20th February 2022 (Sunday)
Time: 2300 hrs to 0200 hrs (GMT+8)
Scheduled Downtime: 3 hours
between 19th February 2022 (2300 hrs) to 20th February 2022 (0200hrs)
PURPOSE:
- A power maintenance upgrade; and
- Installing a new UPS for level 6.
AFFECTED IP/SERVERS:
- 202.75.52.x
- 202.75.53.x
- 202.75.54.x
- 202.75.55.x
- 202.71.x.x
- 112.137.163.x
All affected servers will automatically be powered down at 2300hrs on 19th February 2022.
We will power up all affected servers upon completion of the planned maintenance and installation at 0200hrs on 20th February 2022.
