Please note that one of our hosting servers (220.127.116.11) had a hard disk RAID set issue last night.
As such we had to build a new server to replace it from around 8pm last night (28 Apr).
We have restored the data from the backup. No data are lost.
Those emails sent during this downtime however might be returned to the sender as bounce-backs.
The email service is back up for the server 18.104.22.168. while the websites hosted on this server are still being restored at the moment.
We will update this notice as soon as the server is fully operational once again.
