April 18 – According to MyCert (2019), there was a total of 5465 reported cases of fraud and spam which indirectly lead to Hornetsecurity’s sales to grow by 98%, year on year.
In conjunction with this, InternetNow feels that the time to arm Sales and Technical personnel with a basic introduction on Hornetsecurity’s services is NOW so that they are able to grow their businesses and also better support their end users.
This training was divided into 2 sessions – Sales and Technical. While the Sales Session was focused at InternetNow’s Resellers, the Technical Session was opened to InternetNow’s End Users and Resellers.
Ilyas Sapiyan, Director of InternetNow gave a basic introduction on Hornetsecurity and its features, while also discussing the common objections that are raised during a Sales Pitch. Resellers were given an insight as to how InternetNow positions HornetSecurity while also discussing the objections faced by Resellers.
While Jefri Abdullah, Assistant Technical Director of InternetNow wrapped up this training session by discussing how to set up Proof of Concept (POC) to exploring some basic features of spam filtering, archiving, email continuity and so on, to finally addressing the common troubleshooting scenarios faced by new users.
All in all the training was a success as everyone had fun and learned something new.
