InternetNow’s 20th Anniversary Bonanza Referral Program (“Contest”) is sponsored by InternetNow Teknologi Sdn. Bhd. and its Partners (“Sponsor”). This Contest is overseen by these official terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). By participating in the Contest, each eligible entrant agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Contest, as determined by the Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Contest. The Sponsor may be reached by email at thelaunch@internetnow.com.my during the Contest Period.

20th Anniversary Bonanza Contest Period

The Contest Period begins on January 23^rd, 2019 at 9:00 AM GMT and ends on April 24^th, 2019 at 5:00 PM GMT. All entries must be received on or before the Contest Period end date and time – one entry per valid referral will be entered manually into the Contest draw by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the program period at their sole discretion.

Eligibility

The Contest is open only to all (“Entrant”). The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each Entrant. The Sponsor, and their respective parents and each of their respective directors and employees (the “Promotion Entities”), are ineligible to enter the Contest or win a prize.

How to Enter

You can enter the Contest through the Sponsor’s website at http://www2.internetnow.com.my/about/announcement/internetnows-20th-anniversary-referral-bonanza-program-2019/. Entrants must complete all required fields on the online entry form to participate in the contest. Entrants can submit additional referrals by completing a new form. There is no limit to the number of online entries however, only a valid referral* will be considered an official entry into the Contest draw. It is the Entrant’s sole responsibility to provide authentic and accurate information including the consent to provide contact details of each of their referrals. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the submitted information at their sole discretion and any proof of abuse and/or falsifying entry information will result in an automatic disqualification from the Contest.

*An online entry does not automatically equal an official entry into the Contest draw. The online entry must be a valid referral – which is a client referred by the existing client or previous clients (the Entrant). Internal referrals (within existing clients organisations) are considered valid referrals. Each valid referral equals to one official entry into the Contest draw.

#Note: All referrals will be credited to the Entrant if you are a reseller. The Promotion Entities will attend to the referral together with the Entrant and the Referral will be quoted by the Entrant.

Prizes

ONLY one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize will be awarded in the form of a Paid Holiday Trip for 2 pax to Tokyo, Japan for 5 days and 4 nights inclusive of Flight and Accommodation. The travelling period will be from September, 2019 to November, 2019.

No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes will be permitted. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Terms and Conditions is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply.

Winner Selection

All official entries received during the Contest Period will be collected into a database at the end of the program Contest Period. The referral with the highest credibility* along with the highest total sales value in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) will take home the Grand Prize. The Sponsor reserves the right to change the winner selection method at their sole discretion.

*Credibility here is measure by the level of interest shown by the Entrant’s Referral in buying or considering future opportunities with the Promotion Entities.

Winner Notification

Winners will be announced on June 1^st, 2019 on our Website (http://www2.internetnow.com.my/) and Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/InternetNow.com.my). Announcement and instructions for prize redemption will be sent to the email address supplied on the Entrant’s entry form. Each Entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her email account for prize notification and receipt or other communication related to this program. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by the Sponsor within thirty (30) days, using the contact information provided at the time of entry, or if the prize is returned as undelivered, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize and the second highest amount of total sales value in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) will be selected and the process will be repeated until a winner successfully redeems the Grand Prize. If a potential prize winner fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, that potential prize winner will be disqualified.

Additional Limitations

The Promotion Entities are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the 20th Anniversary Bonanza Referral Program, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting of these official Terms and Conditions, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Contest is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or amend the program, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if the Sponsor determines that the program cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorised intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Contest. In the event any tampering or unauthorised intervention may have occurred, the Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue. The Promotion Entities and any telephone network or service providers are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, EACH ENTRANT AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE PROMOTION ENTITIES AND THEIR AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. THE PROMOTION ENTITIES DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANT ABILITY OF THE PRIZE. THE PROMOTION ENTITIES AND THEIR AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THE CONTEST.

Publicity

By participating, each Entrant grants the Promotion Entities the permission to use his/her name, likeness or comments for publicity purposes without payment or additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.
