Fixes:
- Fixed a bug where Whitelist entries could not be removed in WebAdmin -> Domains Setting

- Fixed a bug where TNEF conversion could cause missing attachments.
Enhancements:
- Mark as Spam: Added the ability to save options for Mark as Spam to avoid popping up window on every click (This setting is accessible from Setting -> WebMail -> Miscellaneous).
- Password Policies: Settings are moved to Permission -> Password Policies.
- Fixed a bug where TNEF conversion could cause missing attachments.

- Access Rights: Added the ability to control access to WebMail, IMAP, POP3 and SMTP (This setting is accessible from Setting -> Permission -> Access rights).
- Password Policies: Added the ability to disable accounts that do not comply with the imposed password policies to access to WebMail, IMAP, POP3 and SMTP until the account’s password is changed (This setting is accessible from Setting -> Permission -> Password Policies).
