• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (oral and written)
  • Provide technical support to our existing customers based in JB.
  • Assist customers with the installation and configuration of InternetNow’s solutions.
  • Responds to incidents as and they when arise
  • Able to be on-call if there are any after-hours incidents.
  • Escalate high severity incidents where appropriate.
  • Report daily activity to the manager.



  • Must possess own mode of transportation
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience doing Technical Support.
  • Minimum a Diploma or Degree in the field of IT (or related).
  • Good grasp of LAN, Internet and IP networking in general.
  • Familiar with various versions of Windows (2008 server administration knowledge is an advantage).
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens and based in/ willing to relocate to JB.
