Available Positions

Managed Service Delivery Manager

Responsibilities:
• To be in charge of the delivery of our managed cybersecurity awareness training service (https://securityawareness.com.my)
• To liaise with end-users (mainly from IT Security, Risk, and HR Department) to ensure that the monthly awareness training is conducted based on the agreed programme.
• To configure the training campaign using the security awareness training platform that we use (KnowBe4, Proofpoint etc)
• To prepare monthly training reports to be sent to our customers.
• To handle quarterly review meetings with our training customers.

Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills: spoken and written. The customers that we deal with are top-level managers in large organisations.
• The candidate will need to communicate with customers on daily basis (on the phone, video conferencing) to ensure that customers’ training requirements are understood well.
• The candidate will need to be able to present proposed training solutions to potential customers.
• The candidate needs to be able to write reports in English.
• Strong organisation skills. The candidate will need to multi-task between numerous customers. He/she need to keep track of the training campaigns, meetings, report generation that needs to be done on specific dates.
• While the candidate will not be doing any actual awareness training (we use ready-made training tools to do that), a background in cybersecurity will be a big plus. A degree/diploma in IT/Computer Science is the minimum.
• Also to monitor and ensure high customer satisfaction level for our managed security monitoring service (InsightNow) and technical maintenance service.

Software Design Engineer (Front End Developer)

Job Responsibility:

• Improving system quality, developing standard operating procedures
• Support, maintain and document software functionality
• Making upgrade recommendations and designing and implementing new systems
• Maintaining and improving existing codebases and conducting code reviews
• Liaising with colleagues & customers to implement technical designs
• Researching using new technologies where relevant
• Providing written knowledge transfer material
• Provide level 2 customer support as required
• Work as the product-owner for InternetNow! software products
• Manage development schedules and release schedule and liaison with all the stakeholders.
• Participate in requirement analysis and design to implement bespoke systems.
• Prepare and deploy solutions and designing system specifications, standards.
• Project planning and Project management
• Software modeling and simulation
• Training new recruits and ensure best practices are maintained

Requirements:

• Mandatory 2 years working experience in React and .NET
• Proficient in OOP, design patterns, solutions architecture best practices
• Commercial experience in UI/UX development focusing on React Js, client-side scripting, HTML, CSS
• Thorough understanding of React and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JWT Token
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Experience with RESTful API, gRPC, JavaScript ES6.
• Basic understanding of C#, ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, SQL Server, Linq

Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the related fields
• A degree (BSc) in Computer Science or Engineering
• High proficiency in C# .NET
• Knowledge in MVC Framework and a solid understanding of Design Patterns
• Good Command of the English language: Both Spoken and Written
• Knowledge in Web API
• Proficient in SQL
• Experience of developing Windows-based applications
• Knowledge in front-end frameworks such as VueJs and scripting languages such as PHP and Python is an added advantage

Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst

Job Responsibility:
A passion for research, and uncovering the unknown about internet threats and threat actors.

i) Communication
• The first point of contact for security incident notifications from customers, service desks, IT engineers and administrator during emergencies
• Develop a professional working relationship with fellow analysts.

ii) Monitoring
• General SIEM monitoring, analysis, content development, and maintenance.

iii) Identifying
• React to security alerts and security events of interest from defense systems like IDS, endpoint protection and other security-related systems
• Research, analyze and respond to alerts; including log retrieval and documentation.
• Conduct an analysis of network traffic and host activity across a wide array of technologies and platforms.
• Analyze malicious campaigns and evaluate the effectiveness of security technologies.

iv) Troubleshoot
• Assist in the design, evaluation, and implementation of new security technologies.
• Assist in incident response activities such as host triage and retrieval, malware analysis, remote system analysis and remediation efforts.
• Lead response and investigation efforts into advanced/targeted attacks.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis of security incidents for further enhancement of alert catalog.
• Continuously improve processes for use across multiple detection sets for more efficient Security Operations.
• Analyze cybersecurity alerts and data for false positive/true positive outcomes while modifying, alerts as needed.
• Develop dashboards and reports to identify potential threats, suspicious/anomalous activity, malware, etc.
• Escalate events to senior analysts and engineers as needed on a 24/7 rotating basis.

v) Reporting
• Compile detailed investigation and analysis reports for internal SOC consumption and delivery to management.
•Ensure the SOC analyst team is providing excellent customer service and support.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• At least some working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Ready to work in 24/7 shift timings.

Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
Be part of InternetNow on-site and remote support team:-

• Your primary role will be to provide remote support with your secondary role being to provide on-site support when the need arises.
• Provide technical support to our existing customers.
• Assist customers with the installation and configuration of InternetNow’s solutions.
• Responds to incidents as and they when arise.
• Able to be on-call if there are any after-hours incidents.
• Escalate high severity incidents where appropriate.
• Report daily activity to the manager.

Requirements:
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (oral and written)
• Must possess own mode of transportation.
• Minimum a Diploma or Degree in the field of IT (or related).
• Good grasp of LAN, Internet, and IP networking in general.
• Familiar with various versions of Windows (2008 server administration knowledge is an advantage).
