Dear <name>, Cortext I.T, Australia has announced the end of life cycle for BackupAssist version 5. Support for this version ends in September 2013. Details on: http://www.backupassist.com/support/EndOfLife.html While your clients can continue using version 5, they should be aware that no technical support will be provided to version 5 users after Sept 2013. And along with that, the upgrade path will be discontinued.  For some of you, it’s a good time to begin planning a Communication and Upgrade campaign that encourages your clients to upgrade to the latest version. Version 7 comes with a really cool centralized monitoring feature and new intuitive UI for an even simpler experience.
