Now we can support users who are using Windows and Linux.

We can now support large data. Backing up small data to overseas cloud (such as Google and Amazon) can be quite cost effective but not really practical for large data. Our Internet lines in Malaysia are simply not fast enough.

Now with our dedicated servers located in Malaysia, backing up large files (e.g. virtual machine images) is no longer an issue. With a dedicated backup server, you can enjoy:

fast upload and download. In fact we can even go straight to the datacentre to transfer the initial backup, or copy back data during a recovery.
top security. The server is dedicated just for you and not shared.
differential backup. Only the byte blocks that have changed will transferred during the backup ensuring the ability to backup large files.
