Responsibilities:
- Be part of InternetNow on-site support team and provide technical support to our existing customer.
- To assist customers with installation and configuration of InternetNow solutions.
- Report daily activity to manager.
Requirements:
- A Diploma or Degree in the field of IT (or related).
- Good grasp of LAN, Internet and IP networking in general.
- Familiar with various versions of Windows. XP, Vista, NT 4, 2000, 2003 and 2008 server administration knowledge is an advantage.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must possess own mode of transportation.
