Then you might just be the software test engineer that we are looking for. As a software test engineer at InternetNow, you responsible pushing our software products to its very limit. While the software design engineers build the products, your job is to device innovative ways in breaking the software. When our software stand against the heaviest of load at the customer sites, that’s because they have already gone through your rigiourous testing regime. The core responsibilities of this role include:
- Defining test plans and processes
- Influencing the design of the products
- Optimising testing processes by adopting automated testing
- Implementing new tools for specific testing requirements
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following skills and experience:
- Bsc in Computer Science or Engineering degree
- Software development experience in Visual Basic, scripting, and other Microsoft technologies
- Team player and driven towards self improvement, development, and achievement
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, follow development standards and to work independently
- Excellent English language skills both spoken and written
- Instincts and ability to work efficiently to handle multiple simultaneous projects
- Familiarity with test automation processes, tools, and techniques
