- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (oral and written)
- Provide technical support to our existing customers based in JB.
- Assist customers with the installation and configuration of InternetNow’s solutions.
- Responds to incidents as and they when arise
- Able to be on-call if there are any after-hours incidents.
- Escalate high severity incidents where appropriate.
- Report daily activity to the manager.
- Must possess own mode of transportation
- Minimum of 2 years of experience doing Technical Support.
- Minimum a Diploma or Degree in the field of IT (or related).
- Good grasp of LAN, Internet and IP networking in general.
- Familiar with various versions of Windows (2008 server administration knowledge is an advantage).
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens and based in/ willing to relocate to JB.
